Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any vinyl once your order is shipped. If you have a problem with your order (defected/wrong item), please contact us explaining what the problem is and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

While we don’t offer exchanges, you can certainly return blanks/apparel and place a new order for the correct products whenever you choose. Returns will be accepted only for postage marked within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging including any paperwork, manual, or promotional items. Unless the items were defected or you have received the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. *Please note that all blanks/apparel returns will incur a 15% restocking fee

 

Cancellation of Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please submit the contact form or email us at thevinylshop@cox.net as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order. Since we ship items very quickly, even if we receive your cancellation email before you receive the shipping confirmation, your item may have already gone to the courier and cancellation will not be possible.
