Shipping & Returns


We ship packages to you flat rate via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Whether you order 1 sheet/item or 100 sheets/items we have to charge the flat rate shipping fee. The best option that most people take advantage of is to order more than $75 and there is no shipping fee.

Flat Rate estimated delivery time may take 1 to 5 business days with a maximum of 7 business days, depending on immediate item availability. We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock. We process shipments in the order received and there is no option to rush your order.  We do not do "expedited" or ship "overnight." 

All orders received before 4 pm CST, Monday through Friday, will begin to be processed the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. (Please, note that processed does not mean shipped). Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). 

Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship within the US; however, we will proudly ship to all our Armed Forces Bases around the world via USPS.

When you place an order, our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email, with a tracking number, when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment method time-frame you have selected will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.



Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any vinyl once your order is shipped. If you have a problem with your order (defected/wrong item), please contact us explaining what the problem is and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

While we don’t offer exchanges, you can certainly return blanks/apparel and place a new order for the correct products whenever you choose. Returns will be accepted only for postage marked within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging including any paperwork, manual, or promotional items. Unless the items were defected or you have received the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. *Please note that all blanks/apparel returns will incur a 15% restocking fee


Cancellation of Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please submit the contact form or email us at as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order. Since we ship items very quickly, even if we receive your cancellation email before you receive the shipping confirmation, your item may have already gone to the courier and cancellation will not be possible.
